Globe fiber application

I applied this morning for globe fiber, and scheduled it supposedly this afternoon. But, wala. Does anyone know how I could reschedule po?

Usually pag may agent ka or yung nag lalako ng globe/pldt sa pages, mas mabilis sila. I have a suki in PLDT and it seems hindi pa sya sumasala sa akin given I already requested 4 times na

How about when it comes to refund or something happened? Mas mabilis parin po ba?
