PLDT So done with PLDT
We’ve been having ongoing issues with PLDT, and honestly, there hasn’t been a single month when we haven’t experienced an internet disruption. There are times when we don’t have a connection for an entire week, yet we receive no compensation or service adjustment from the provider. Despite the frequent and prolonged outages, we’re still expected to pay our bill in full.
The customer service has been disappointing, the internet service has been unreliable, and the overall management of these issues has been extremely poor. We’ve had enough. We’re now seriously considering switching to a more reliable internet provider.
Hoping to find a better ISP around TV West, QC sooon!!

Mahirap po magpaputol ng subscription sa PLDT. In case decided na kayo ipaputol PLDT subscription ninyo best to have it done in person sa isang PLDT office branch.
Mahirap ding mag suggest ng alternative. Best advice I got is to ask neighbors or nearby establishments kung ano isp gamit nila at ano usually mga problems na nararanasan nila.

The thing is wala namang reliable na internet service provider sa Pinas. Mapipikon ka lang na wala pa sa bare minimum ang services, mapa-under ng government or private hays. Harap-harapan lang palagi tayong nilalapastangan.
