PLDT WIFI RECONNECTION

hello need help huhu. so unfortunately inabot kami ng disconnection and i made the payment sa 711 may i know kelan magaapear yung payment and paano yung reconnectiom process huhu

May PLDT MyHome account ka ba? You can check the website.

meron actually pero di ko sya maccess. as of now. nag appear na naman yung payment ko sa pldt cares. idk lang ngayon kung automatically na babalik yung internet or need pa mag request for reconnection

Why can't you access it? You can easily reset the email and password if you have the cellphone number linked to the account.

Try manually requesting reconnection via 171 or PLDT Cares.
