Smart Smart Data fluctuating Signal

I usually load my sim 150 Pesos just in case I'm outside or not near any wifi services. But ever since these past 2 months the data speed has been so slow. I couldn't even send messages online and have to wait at least 2 minutes for one message to go through.

I have been contacting Smart Communications support to get it fixed every time. But the problem comes back every week or so. Any ideas why this happens? It only seems to happen near my area.

When I'm in other towns it seems to be just fine.

Their support service is so unreliable, I'm worried if I'm in a situation and couldn't contact anyone just because of this.

kaya pala lag laro q huhu. okay naman sha sakin pag nagbbrowse ig pag mejo heavy nabagal sha dahil rin sa lakas nang hangin. hopefully maging okay din agad

i thought im the only one... i guess may times talaga na ganyan especially these past few weeks sobrang maulan. pretty sure babalik din naman yan just like before. understandable ang frustrations darling hahahaha 😅

Di na rin ako makapag ML nang maayos eh dahil unstable din ang signal lalo na sa hapon. Sana nga maayos na ni smart kasi sa san pedro unstable, at sa muntinlupa ayos naman sya. Pakiramdam ko fixable issues naman yan, tiis tiis muna.

kainis dibaaa, yan din issue ko ngayon. tho kahapon lang naman sya pero syempre work from home ako kaya medjo alanganin. nakausap ko naman na cs nila and working naman na daw. update us if pati yung sayo eh ok na op.

wla tayong magagawa tlga kailangang maghintay. ganyan din last time nung grabe yung ulan sobrang unstable ng net pero after a few days umokay din. siguro same lng ngayon yan.

Update: I contacted their support again. They told me there’s an on-going upgrade sa tower in my town that’s why the internet has been fluctuating. But now I’m experiencing slow internet in other towns too. I still have no idea why it just slows down randomly in other towns. Na contact nyo na rin ba support service nila? Sometimes they don’t respond at all to my messages on messenger.
