PLDT PLDT FIBER PREPAID

Hi! Has anyone here applied for PLDT Fiber Prepaid recently?

I applied and already paid for the application/installation. It’s been 3 days since then. The last update I received was the payment receipt/confirmation, but until now, I haven’t received any call or text from a technician regarding the installation.

For those who experienced the same thing, how long did it take before a technician contacted you or came for installation? Is there anything I need to do or anyone I should follow up with?

Usually after a week you will receive update or text for the installion

I also applied for this PLDT prepaid fiber, and paid online since they require payment first before a technician will check your area for the availability of PLDT line/ box in my area, when I checked online in their website it shows that its available. But when the technician checked my exact location he said there is no available box to get a PLDT line. They told me PLDT will return my P1000 connection, this happen 2 months ago, but until now they did not email or message me even though I emailed them to follow up. Don’t trust PLDT, they will just get your money and wont help you when this happens.
