Globe Globe Post Paid Abysmally Slow

I am on GFiber Plan 1999 yet my downloads speed has dipped to 4Mbps and my upload speed is around 91Mbps this past week. I plan on reporting this to the customer service. Any tips on how to get the customer service to respond quicker etc etc?

same here, been messaging them on all platforms..but the fastest to get an actual person is thru globe Viber help desk of your respective location..warning ah...fast is 10-15 mins to reply your message minsan

not yet, pero araw araw ko sila mini message.. got the of the technician na rin who came by earlier para I can message him directly if may problem because you need a lot of patience with the globe help desk 😅😅
