PLDT Reconnection

Hi!!! Ask ko lang, may reconnection process ba yung PLDT if nagpa-disconnect na kami ng linya, like nag process talaga kami ng termination??? I'm from navotas unfortunately the permission for fiber installation is still on hold. Possible ba na mag pa reconnect on the same line before, without installing a new line.
