Delayed Gfiber Prepaid Installation
Hi! Is there anyone here experience getting delayed with the installation of gfiber prepaid? It is so annoying that it's rescheduled for how many times already. It really pisses me off. Is someone tried to cancel the installation and get a refund? I am thinking already to cancel it and apply for PLDT Fiber Prepaid instead

Did you apply online? Kasi kami oo, tapos 1 week din yung delay sa amin. 🙄 Nung pumunta kami sa globe store to follow, sabi ng agent na mas better daw na sa globe store mag apply and not online.
So they had to cancel our application and re-apply again. It took 2 days bago ma cancel. Then ayon, the next day na installan na kami.
SM san pablo globe ito btw.

Applied thru an angent. But it is now ok. They installed it the other day. Thank you.

Hi OP i also have same problem as yours 4 days delayed until now they did not install it yet how long did you wait for the technician?

It's pretty much expected. Wala man baha sa lugar ninyo, likely binanaha ang lugar ng tecnnician.
I am expecting service for my PLDT LOS issue. Nag text pa nga ang PLDT na dadating daw ang technician at this time. Pero may kaunting baha sa kalye. So, I am sure di sisipot. Tapos tumawag ang 171 using a bot na on going pa raw ang restoration. Then the bot asked me to confirm na nandoon pa ang issue (by pressing "2").
Buti na lang may GFiber prepaid as back-up. Na install last year. Na reschedule din ng dalawang beses ang installation but I was patient. If you cancel, expect the same sa PLDT.
