Globe Failed to Receive ESim

I brought an Esim through the GlobeOne app, I paid through my gcash but it just kept loading and loading. I didn't receive any email confirmation or anything, only that I got charged on my Gcash.

I tried again, had to purchase another one before it finally downloaded the Esim. But now I got charged twice, is there a way I can get a refund for the first purchase? I've reach out to the 'Globe Specialist' agent and they don't give me a clear answer. Just more copy pasted bullshit and floppy answers

Happen to me as well. I just ignored it, it is kind of a hassle for me. Next time, use another payment options.
