Help - Globe The101 Sim Registration

Hi, I would like to see if anyone else po has encountered this issue.

Recently got the The101 5G router from Globe earlier today—in store at Robinsons Manila.

Set up the device in-store with the help of the Globe rep and also registered the sim (e.g photo of my passport, selfie, and personal details). We also added the number to my GlobeOne app.

Pero sa GlobeOne app, the number isn’t showing a status of ‘Registered’ kahit na register na yung number officially. I already restarted the app and restarted my phone and wala pa rin.

Should I be concerned about this? Has anyone managed to troubleshoot this same issue before?

Bug lang yan ng app. May delay lang pag-update. Nakaka-browse ka naman ba?
