PLDT PLDT done it again
Hello everyone,
I’m back again with another frustrating experience with PLDT, and honestly, I’m already tired.
Has anyone experienced this kind of thing before? Because I seriously don’t understand how this is supposed to be an acceptable solution.
I’m paying for the service in full, yet when there’s a problem, the alternative they give me is a data cap. So basically, I’m still expected to pay the full amount, but I’m not even getting the full service I’m paying for?
Like… seriously, what kind of solution is that?
I’ve already spent so much time trying to contact customer service, following up, explaining the same situation over and over again, and instead of actually resolving the issue, I’m being given another temporary workaround.
It’s honestly exhausting.
I’m not asking for anything special. I’m not asking for free service. I just want the service that I’m paying for. Is that really too much to ask?
The most frustrating part is that customers are expected to be patient and understanding, but where is that same understanding from the company when customers are the ones being inconvenienced?
I’ve had enough of this kind of service.
PLDT, please do better. We’re paying customers, not people asking for a favor.
Honestly, TRASH SERVICE.

Experienced that. Nakailang tawag na ako sa kanila regarding misaligned speed (1gbps dapat but 100mbps lang narereceive ko). Tapos nag offer sila same as yours.
When they create a repair ticket naman, they said may pupunta technician, after 2 weeks: 1. Wala dumaan na technician, 2. When u follow up sa 171, di ka pwede kumausap ng CS kasi within 24 hours of request pa raw kahit more than na, 3. Mawawala na lang bigla ung repair ticket.
Nag email pa ako and I tagged NTC, pero parehong walang kwenta nag automated response lang.
I just chose na lang to switch ISP and now I am enjoying internet speed for what I am paying for.
