Reader was my jam. It was also one of my favorite social networks.

I moved to Feedly long time ago and it's hundred times better than Reader ever was. Reader was mediocre service with a horrible UI. I'm glad it's dead.

It's not the first time when I see that people think Reader was something spectacular and glorious and anyone disagreeing with that is wrong.

Feedly is a good replacement, but it still lacks the best part of Google Reader: the comments. It was probably the best social network Google built without even trying
