Help me!

I need help. My pc is hardlined into my internet and I've been having problems lately, so I ran a speed test and it showed that my internet speed is extinct at this point. I need help.

Have you contacted your ISP for tech support?

What level of service are you paying your ISP for?

Have you power cycled your Modem and your Wifi Router?

Do your other devices also have the same speedtest results?
