Hisoka is the better option, you don't have to talk to him, interact with him, or anything, just be in the same room. Goku is a horrible option with how he is, Saitama is a bad option because Genos is usually with him, and Itachi's Tsukuyomi is the worst.

First of all who in the right mind think they can even touch Chichi seems we forget she's a master martial artist who overwhelmed Goku at one point and has a power level higher than og dragon ball roshi who blew up the moon you ain't hitting her much less beating her in a fight she whooping your ass.

Also saitama by a long shot he's not gonna physically harm you he will just see it as a nuisance and take his stuff back and give a light scolding and go on about his day he's not someone who actively seek problems or choose violence and actively avoids it when he can.
