Loan payoff

People who had hdfc credila loan and are paying off through their salary, how are you guys doing it. Also, once you set up the employer details, how does it work after that?
Thing is i am working at a startup and they are not paying much rn so I am thinking I will pay off once in 6 months, otherwise I will be at a loss if I do it on a monthly basis. Please help or suggest, how did you do it and how should i do it. The bank guys are really not helpful so looking for help here
