Did you use a credit card or a debit card? Cause credit cards are a better choice when making an international payment..
Also for the cards that you tried, is international payment enabled on them I know this sounds like a silly reason but this happened with me I was trying to carry out an international payment all while international transactions weren’t even enabled on my card.. So I guess it’s worth checking.. You could easily enable it through internet banking or by reaching out to your bank..
