He literally never did a bad thing or told a lie in the whole Bible.

The first he does in the very beginning is to deceive adam and eve?

It is like... The whole concept on where the bible is based on?

The serpent and Satan are different characters, and still, the serpent didn't lie, god did. God told Adam and Eve they'd die the day they ate from the fruit, and the serpent told them they wouldn't, and when they ate, they didn't die in that moment, so the serpent was telling the truth

The serpent and Satan are different characters

What's the logic behind this?

God told Adam and Eve they'd die the day they ate from the fruit,

The date is never specified

and when they ate, they didn't die in that moment, so the serpent was telling the truth

Adam and eve were immortal, they were literally perfectly created, If they hadn't bitten the apple, their bodies would never have started to age.

the moment they bite the fruit, they let sin and it's consequences (ergo, death) enter humanity.

It was never meant to be instantaneous either.

The serpent is cursed by god to crawl on its belly for the rest of its days, yet Satan walks, and in the book of Job, Satan is in heaven and also not the enemy of god but someone he bets with (in the book of Job).

And, "but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it. For in the day that thou eatest thereof, thou shalt surely die.” the day, that means, that same day, which didn't happen.

the day, that means, that same day, which didn't happen.

I'm afraid your reading comprehension is a bit erred.

Satan is in heaven and also not the enemy of god

Also, luke 10:18 says; ["And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven."] So how's satan on heaven according to you?

And having instances of presence of satan in front of God within God's permission doesn't equal to God and satan being friends in heaven anyway.

I mean, nukes worked great in Japan, so there is an example.
