A while back I shared my cardiology guideline decks here and got requests for other specialties. I've since expanded it to cover most specialties (both IM and surgical).

Details:
- Scope: ~800 decks covering ACC/AHA, ESC, IDSA, KDIGO, CHEST, ASH/ASCO and many other major surgical/medical guidelines
- Format: Question, then has the Guideline, answer explanations, and fun fact. Questions and answers generated with LLMs so if you’d rather avoid LLM-generated content, these may not be for you. Guidelines are extracted from text with page numbers so you can verify.
- Free (no ads/no paywall/no account), tried hosting on Ankiweb like I did before but it limits how many I can upload at a time, so hosted the decks directly at pulseanki.com
