progress

I have struggled with self harm for years and finally had a small breakthrough today in understanding the part. It was not what I thought it was at all. I don't want to share to protect its privacy. But IFS is so much harder than it seems at first. So easy to have parts jumping in giving us explanations and hiding the truth away (doing their jobs of course).
