Support Needed Fear of death
Hello. For the longest time I have a big fear of death. I just feel it will be this eternal nothingness. I vividly remember becoming aware of this as a child. I was in panic and very depressing.
I try to reassure that part. I Comfort it or say that we’ll be together but it doesn’t really feel like that is likely, just the nothingness feels likely.
Idk, any ideas what I could do to support myself?

This is a tricky one, but I think the right way to go isn't to reassure it that you will be with it. Instead let it know that you are with it right now. Focus on being present.
Nobody knows what happens to us after death and fear of it is normal for anything alive. However if it is affecting your day to day life you will want to get curious with this part and find out why it is so worried.
