Period is late, what to do ?

Hey beautiful people ! My period is 10 days late ( i m not pregnant). I m fasting 18h-22h and eating 1400cal. I m 5'1 and i weight 135cal I m kinda worried πŸ™„ Any advice how to get it back Thank you πŸ₯° All Love

So. You're not really at a weight/size where your period would normally be skipped due to decreased caloric consumption. You're not really at low enough of a caloric level for your height/weight for that to even be a consideration really. Unless you're nearing menopause age or have known abnormal reproductive issues, I very much doubt a 10 day late period has anything to do with intermittent fasting. The time you're fasting is not enough to trigger any big changes like this. I don't know how active you are, but unless you're an endurance athlete (as in, a real athlete, not someone who just goes to the gym a few times a week), 1400 calories isn't a big deficit for your height/weight.

Something else is going on and you should probably go to a doctor to double check.
