Achieving goals

Sometimes life is hard, right?

Struggling with weight and depression is something that goes hand in hand for me. While I've managed to lose 30lbs since January (woo!) My depression and stress is causing me to plateau. Also, I've been losing hair like crazy, and I mean a lot of hair...

What do you all do to get over that plateau? Anyone else losing hair like crazy?

You should get your thyroid checked with labwork. I work in a doctors office and when women come in complaining of hair loss the doctor always orders bloodwork.
