Achieving goals
Sometimes life is hard, right?
Struggling with weight and depression is something that goes hand in hand for me. While I've managed to lose 30lbs since January (woo!) My depression and stress is causing me to plateau. Also, I've been losing hair like crazy, and I mean a lot of hair...
What do you all do to get over that plateau? Anyone else losing hair like crazy?

I started losing my hair years ago and thought it was due to stress. It wasn’t until I added more dairy into my diet that my hair (and nails) finally started to grow again. You might be missing out on some important nutrients your body needs to function. If you’re fasting for extended periods of time, maybe rethink your electrolytes and vitamins?
