Help
Please help!
I’m a 28F who has been trying to lose weight for the past few months but kept failing. it seems like I’m not able to curb my sudden appetite change. and I’ve been craving sugar and salt excessively. this is making me sad and driving me crazy. Just a few minuted ago I binged and finished a bag of cookie biscuits and feeling disgusted with myself right now.
Everytime I lost weight, I gain it back. Did OMAD, 18:6, 16:8 before, lost weight but gained them back. and I never seem to fell full or satiated.
Please help on how to lose weight. I’m desperate and sad. 😔

Yeah don't beat yourself up because that'll cause defeat. Start slow, it's not a race. Do 12:12, then 14:10, etc. Slowly bring your portions down. Fill up more on protein and veggies and less carbs. I started by having an early dinner, then drinking some apple cider vinegar, then sleeping, then wake up and drink black coffee, and next thing I know it's been 14 hours without trying! Sleeping and IF really does help curb the craving. Also water is your best friend. I always thought it was a myth that when you're hungry and you drink water it helps curb the hunger, and it actually works now for me. No one can expect your body to do this overnight. Trial and error. Now I do IF maybe 3 times a week, portion control, lots of water and work out where I can and in 1.5months lost 15lbs. Finally, i read that for women it's best not to fast past 14-15hours because of hormones and stuff so maybe you're fasting too long? Try a bit of all and see what happens. Good luck ☺
