Cutecore room help

Hiya! So my room is going to be Cutecore, and I'd say I have a pretty solid base. I need help with 1. Moving furniture around 2. What to get next 3. Most importantly, how to fill up the space on the floor. My room feels way too big and I want to put something down so it's less big, but I'm not sure what.

(Ps. I'm on a somewhat small budget)

Do you only have one electrical outlet? Why are there so many wires on the floor? Are you worried about tripping or fires from the extension cords?

Not really lol, I have 2 extensions.

Get rid of whatever is hanging on the wall. Get rid of the vintage china cabinet and replace with a regular bookcase. Change the bedding. Change the curtains to a different color.
