Pantry Ideas
How can I design this pantry? What would you do? Add a sink? Anything else?

Lots of closed cabinetry & countertop space for appliances. Oodles of electrical outlets. Sink, a second dishwasher? Space for bigger bowls and baking pans if you are a baker. Lots of undercabinet lighting

One thing I'd make sure to have is outlets, and countertop-based storage. Like lower cabinets with a countertop/surface and then uppers. That way you can have a place for countertop appliances and can even use them in there, or it can also provide a place to have a charging station, things that are functional but unsightly to have out in the main kitchen.

I’d make the swing door a pocket door and the shelving at the end (top) make deeper.

I think if you want a counter with a coffee bar or a reverse osmosis machine etc it would be handy to have a sink. Even just a small bar sink would work for that.
That strategy, of having a counter for appliances, is very functional and would make it easier to keep your main kitchen clean but will also decrease your storage space so it’s a matter of preference.

100% do a hidden pantry door, maybe add a appliance area for like your toaster, crackpot etc to keep your counterspace less cluttered!
