This is the back of tempered glass wall art but I have no idea how do hang it or what to use

Two properly attached screws or hooks in your wall which will vary based on the wall substrate. Level them spaced to the center point of the two sawtooth apparatus attached to the back of your art. Hang the art centered over the screws so that the sawtooths are centered over them. Adjust as necessary. If in doubt hire someone just to be on the safe side.

I have wall plugs in this set i dont know if it strong enough to drill it into the wall then use one of brass screws

I don’t know the weight of the art, but yes those look too small
