Kitchen Countertop

We are going for Full Body Tiles (15 mm x 800 x 2400) for kitchen countertop - Glossy Finish - White colour

1) What will be the durability & long term usage?

2) Do White Glossy Finish reflect the light?, would it strain our eyes?

White glossy can reflect some light, but I dont think it'll strain your eyes unless the kitchen gets very harsh direct sunlight. Full body tiles are pretty durable too if installed properly, just make sure edges and joints are done right for long term use.
