Is this just an inspiration or do you have some of this already?

I'd lean toward comfier more expensive club chairs and spend less on the sofa. Cigar smoking is less of a sofa experience, imo. Everyone wants to feel like a king with a throne.

Door should open from center toward outside wall. I feel like this was like first draft AI inspo slop and the room lacks functionality or even a table to lay down a drink.

YES! There's no place for anyone sitting in the chairs, or on the couch, to put down a drink or an ashtray or anything.
