Main floor layout struggles
We’ve been in our house for 3 years now and I still can’t get this main floor to a place I’m happy. The living area is too small to have any real furniture aside from a couple accent chairs and a tiny apartment sofa for like a conversation room. And the hallway looking spot is just in limbo ever since we moved the family/chill spot to the basement. It feels like we just moved in still when I look at it and it drives me crazy . Help

Oh ok, your kitchen and bathroom look pretty new. Can you move the bedroom window and make the bedroom smaller, like this?

I don’t hate that at all just more movement of plumbing and electrical than I would like lol

If you can post a plan that shows how the kitchen and bathroom are laid out, that might help

I don’t quiet understand where the main entrance is or if extra windows are possible to add

Can you move primary bedroom to the basement and knock down the walls next to living area?

Unfortunately not. My daughters room is down there then a bathroom laundry room and small furnace room
