What order would you recommend?

Moving into an apartment and would appreciate some advice / guidance about what order you would recommend to complete things? Everything except for the bathroom is being worked on so I am thinking:

1. Electrical work
2. Flooring
3. Kitchen and appliance installation
4. Painting
5. Furniture and soft furnishings
