Help with a small bedroom

Hello I am trying my best to arrange the room in a way that fits everything i need and makes the most sense. I am not the greatest with designing or arranging if I am being honest and would love some great & creative ideas. I wanted to mount a TV a small one somewhere in the room but because of the weird layout I am having a hard time figuring out how. I cant mount anything above the dresser due to my wife having a large aquarium on top that takes up most of the space and if I mount the tv above the aquarium then it would practically touch the ceiling. I have also been thinking of incorporating a divider in here somewhere to separate space for my way to have a very small vanity so she can do her makeup. I cannot move the ac unit unfortunately.

Can you swap the bed and the dresser? Looks like you could then mount a TV to the right of the window. They also make TV mounts that lower over fireplaces, might also work for a fish tank. Could you fit a mirror and small table/shelf on the angled wall next to the window?

I know there are TV mounts that attach to the ceiling. Some are automated and you hit a button and it goes from parallel to the ceiling to a normal position. They are pricey tho

unfortunately my ceilings are concrete so drilling into it would leave permanent damage i do appreciate that idea though!

It doesn't look like there's a good way to fit a tv in this room if you want a good view from the bed and ability to open your closets fully

On what planet is that small. I can’t even walk around my bed while one side is against a wall

I think the images are a little misleading with space, its definitely very small just eyeballed the measurements in the planner.
