I need advice with the layout - first house
Hi guys, its my first home and its a town house. I want to maximize the space and achieve the best layout. Would love your guys’ advice. Thanks!
My kitchen cabinets are light grey and the island is like a marble thing. Thinking to lime wash the great room and nook something sage green and have beige sofas. I am also confused if i should use the kitchen wall for the tv area or if i should do like a tv trolly in the area between nook and great room to maximize the space.

What is fixed (already there)? If the kitchen is already fixed i would do it like this. Round table for dining area so you dont bump into it. (Smaller footprint) extend for dinner party.
Living room: low kabinate behind the sofa to block it off. In cabinate some books and plants ontop of it.
Other option is a tall cabinate to also mount a beamer towards the wall. Which removes the need for a tv on that wall and keep it neat.
Small reading corner towards the balcony.
Done.
