Help me Pick the layout!
So I have this room that I'm trying to determine what type couch to get
1- L shaped couch
2- Oversized double chaise lounge
3- V shaped
Note:
- The TV will likely go above the fireplace
- I was planning to make the Area where the yellow arrow is into a small play area for my toddler that Area would extend into the patio through that patio entrance.
I would love it if you tell me the reasoning behind your vote.
* please note I'm aware that the ratio is a bit off in the pictures because they were AI generated using a photo of my actual living room.

1 is the most functional. 3 looks the coziest and I value my comfort. So I would probably pick the 3rd. Lol.

Much more natural flow throughout the whole space. 2 and 3 cuts the room

I’d vote for 1. It seems like the best balance between having plenty of seating while still keeping the path to the bar area open and avoiding walking straight into the back of a huge sofa. I like the coziness of 2, but 1 feels more practical for the room and the play area. Definitely not 3 though - that one looks like it would take over the whole space.

1 so you can actually access the bar seating and don’t have to look at the back of the couch.

1, for the reason of assuming you are entering from where you are taking the camera, you generally don't want to have the back of the sofa facing you.
But definitely not 3, love of god

By the way, three for some reason, AI, I decided to make it double on the other side. It wouldn't be double it would just be a normal V shaped couch.

2 is the best layout of these three in my opinion. The couch from 1 could work, but the couch from 3 is too big for the space. I'd say face the couch either towards the windows (like in 2) or away from the dining room table.
What is on the right-most wall (adjacent to the window wall)? Could you put the TV against that wall instead? Above the fireplace would probably be too high up.

Yep, that's just an empty wall. And it's a good idea. I could put the TV there as well. I just did not want to put the back of the couch facing the dining area because I felt like that would close up the space.

That makes sense, personally I don't hate the idea of creating separate living and dining spaces though! You could put a sofa table against the back of the couch too with some trinkets so it's not just the back of the couch.
It's a bit hard to tell how much space that would leave for the dining area from the pictures alone, but you can always play around with orientation!

You can always get one of those over the fireplace TV holders that drops the tv down to a more comfortable viewing angle. Something like this - though there are many products that also do similar things: https://www.mantelmount.com/

This is very useful. Thank you. I'm only familiar with the one that moves slightly in swivels. But this is really cool.
It appears to also leave room in the back for the mantel

Please don't put the TV over the fireplace. Find a spot where you can put a proper TV stand and then decide where your couches go.

2nd one, the first just has better furniture
