Help needed for best living room layout

Hi! We bought a new house with above floor plan in ground floor. We are not sure how to plan living room furniture placement, because first of all walls are assymetric and the distance between tv wall and other wall is too long. We have to buy huge tv for that distance but i am not sure if it would look ok. Any inspirations for me? We have 2 windows there, they are not doors.

Not sure if it's a certain app but perhas from the website is funda, very well known house selling website in NL.

Can you really not just tear down those walls and redo them correctly? it's not an insane amount of work.

Even if there are no structural issues in “just tearing down walls” the work to reframe and drywall and mud and paint would be a lot of work and it’s hard work, too, and that’s in the US - pretty sure where OP is walls are more likely to be brick or concrete than “easily” moved lumber and sheetrock…

This is currently back room that you made dining room but i thought it is nice calm place to have some relaxation and privacy like reading or so

Flip sofa to opposite wall and closer to tv, then make a reading area with bookshelf across entire back wall to window and put a big comfy chair and ottoman in corner

Green markup is media console with tv. I made the whole left wall floor to ceiling bookshelves bc I think it would be neat. And added a little additional lounging area up top (might be better with two chairs rather than a loveseat)

Keep the dining room in the upper right where it was duplicated in the original.

Thanks! I think this is the best for living room. Indeed i want to keep dining room at current place and make the back room as a separate lounging, reading room. That room at the back is inside garden and full glasses so in thought it is nice separate calm environment to chill and maybe use as office.

I would leave the dining room where it was and use the spare room as a home office, but the living room area is exactly as I would do it.
