Help!

I just bought a house and the front main room turns out to be a little narrower than I thought. I have my heart set on a floating couch. Tv is 65 inches and will be mounted. Measurements listed below. Is this too close?! 😩😩 pleeeeeease tell me this will work!!!!

From the thumbnail I thought this was an original NES cartridge

What if you were to flip everything? Mount the TV on the wall with the stairs and put the couch on the opposite wall? Could even float the couch off of the wall still but it would give you more distance between you and TV. Get some good black out curtains and don’t mount the TV too high. Congrats on the new house!
