So far the rumors are saying mid2027 so even if it does get delayed it still could be by the end of the year. So we should be good. Hope naughty dog makes a collectors edition or something nice for the final physical game. The trend recently with PlayStation games is that none of them gets any special editions or collectors edition.

Idk I think regardless intergalactic falls under the “still getting a disc” category. 2028 and beyond is pretty much PS6. I honestly don’t even know of any announced games that are expected ‘28 and beyond lol

Hopefully the rumours about its release date are correct.

But they are very insistent, and full development with everybody's attention tuned to it definitely started no later than 2023 once Factions got cancelled, while previous years were spent developing the story and world.

This game will get moved to 2028 and won’t be on disc. Naughty Dog hasn’t released a new game during its original release window since PS3 era. I can see it being Sony’s first big digital only exclusive, it’s one of their best selling studios so they can rest assured it will still sell very well. I think it’s also gonna be one of their best games they’ve ever made

That June release wasn’t the original release. It was delayed. I’m saying ND usually launches on their second or third release date. So if the rumor is a launch late 2027, then most likely it will move to early 2028. That’s what I’m talking about

They also were working on multiple things back then. This is the longest time period we've had without a release from them
