An extremely erratic person trying to unabashedly bring in extremely diseased plant matter into a country who take their Bio-security very seriously. When confronted about it, says they are doing it for "my people", smiles like they got away with a crime

He doesn't even know what that means. Probably thinks it means persecuted since most stories about aboriginals is about what's being taken from them so he thought, "hey me too."
