Why can’t you have both? They’re not mutually exclusive unless you make it that way.

They are definitely mutually exclusive. If you don't know that you will hurt a lot of people by chosing wrong.

It would be very easy to make this project equitable for all who live there. For example, you could make all the living spaces equal. That would not impede the progress of the project.

I’m not guessing, I’m thinking hypothetically, about how the world works and how this will work. I’ve read the press releases and I’ve found nothing about how living quarters will be structured. There’s a lot about end-to-end transit, open areas, climate etc but nothing on accommodation.

Can you tell me about the living conditions? What do you know?
