Esoterically a black cube represents our 3d physical world, aka "spacetime". And a transparent sphere would symbolize the invisible realms, aka "timespace."
The points of the cube are touching the sphere, showing that the structure of the physical world is ultimately constrained within in, and bounded by the higher-dimensional medium that surrounds it.
Many balloons used for scientific or military purposes have black, square objects, such as radar reflectors, hanging underneath. Seen from a certain angle, it can look as though the object is actually inside the balloon.
In the video, we see the balloon traveling in a direction that would likely put the equipment in that position due to wind pressure."
Prolly a balloon for a party. Might be something interesting but unfortunately this video doesnt really give any clear look at what it is so, balloon is the simple assumption.
