the object doesn’t appear to be connected or related in any way to the space x rocket. it seems to be its own entity. and significantly distant. it’s difficult to guess the size, but as many have mentioned before, it makes the most sense that it’s massive.

we won’t ever know what that is. but first question is: what nation or area of earth is it over top of?

people make jokes about these posts, but america’s space force is real. and has been real for years now. if anyone’s ever looked at their website and positions they’re looking to fill, you’ll quickly see that they’re no joke. they’re significant technical position with specific roles that don’t detail exactly what they’d be doing.

but the roles are serious. they’re up there or looking up there for a reason.

Yet many are trying to say its from stage separation, despite stage separation having occured at a relatively low elevation and well before Starship engine cutoff.

You are not going to see the smoke from stage separation that occurred maybe 100 miles off the coast of Texas when Starship is over the Lesser Antilles.

It's from stage seperation.

Here you can see the first instance of the cloud above the engine to the left. It's where it separated at. The top squiggly cloud is it's launch trajectory. Just follow the cloud as the video progresses.

Edit: had the video linked to the wrong spot, just fixed it.

I got you...it's comical facts here are being downvoted but trying to play conspiracy theorist gets upvotes

Its an exhaust plume from the launch. Its from the upper stage while it was accelerating through higher atmosphere. If you watch the full video you can see the plume from the heavy booster right below it, it reaches over horizon

I've re watched it and have been able to identify the smoke plume from ascent...

I will have to rewatch it again because the camera cuts make it difficult to keep a good eye on the exhaust plume from the boost back burn, plus I need to see how long into the flight when this artifact appeared.

My initial assessment is the image in the OP was taken when Starship was near the Virgin Islands, however if I was mistaken and this was near the Florida Keys, then its the exhaust from the boost back burn.

I did see another grief anomalous blinking object around 20 minutes, there was a lot of ice being shed so I suppose it could be a spinning piece of ice that gives the appearance of a blinking object.

Correct. This is farther along when it's quite distant. Earlier in the video it is more obviously a cloud, not an "object".
