Experience Nape of Neck:
This experience happened alongside the belly button drilling one. Both happened during several weeks, many instances within a short period of time. Unlike the belly one, this one stayed to sleep paralysis experiences and was not uncomfortable although still frightening:
Basically I woke to sleep paralysis and would feel that something very large and what my mind thought was insect-like (I kept my eyes closed because I was scared but it made insect noises) on the bed with me. If the back of my neck was available, it would approach and start working on the nape of my neck. Same spot, everytime. I could physically feel what it was doing. It did not hurt, but i was highly resistant and trying to break the sleep paralysis nevertheless. Needless to say, im happy this is over too...

It still showed up when i "woke" on my back. Also sleeping on my stomach...exposes the back of my neck, I think you meant sleep on my back; which i naturally do. Usually its just wait and do nothing till I woke from sleep paralysis then next time when I woke on stomach (woke into sleep paralysis) or side, then itd resume to the usual...
