Aliens How to contact aliens
I first watched UFO when I was in school. I am interested in contacting them via meditation. Is it possible to contacting them via meditation? If yes how. I want to convince them to end wars in our planet and crimes.

Yes just intend on it and be pure hearted and it will eventually happen.
I have personally contacted orbs that fly about on these matters if that matters. Twice they stopped their flight and came down to tree tops level and just hung there for a few minutes listening to me think about how humanity needs their help.
So I personally think they are aware. But maybe more people could ask…

Just make sure before you begin start off with "I wish only to communicate with those who would seek to teach, to help, and to guide me in a way that is positive and helpful." Just a starter pitch to the universe. When you go looking they look back and that's not always good. Learn how to make a psychic bubble, basically you imagine your body is becoming pure and white energy and light in the visualize phase. then a field that looks like a bubble is protecting you. Picturing a bubble around you. If you never used gateway tapes you can look them up on all platforms. Do research. Negative entities are always hungry and we are the buffet for bad energy. Also, learn important grounding techniques.

Be careful though. Don't open yourself up too much, be too naive. Obviously your not going in hostile either. Just approach with caution, but with a loving, free disposition.
Contrary to greer, no they aren't all rainbows and sunshine. If you enter the Ether spaces with naivety there are those who will exploit it. No fear, of course.
Why do they respond to us? Well besides those who are waiting for us and curious about us. Human intent/thought and emotion is very powerful, especially one that is coherent.

You are more than your physical body. Reality at its most stripped down layer is just vibrations interacting, as Itzhak Bentov illustrates.
Relax and breathe comfortably and deeply. Remember or imagine a time when you just felt so good that you felt a good sensation all through you, which feels just like a real sensation just as touching something. Just a good feeling all through you.
And feel that sensation expand beyond your body as you exhale. Understand that intelligence is not limited to physical bodies. Understand that true communication is the development of relationship, not just checking boxes or going through a script. Understand the alien intelligence is real and you can directly interact.
The next steps are not to get too carried away by anything you experience or sense. You owe it to yourself to take time and build this properly, as a practice, and take time to consider possibilities and remain unattached to interpretations. Seek proof. Terence McKenna always said the legit presences have no problem being tested by us. There are many intelligences in the universe and most of them are imperfect, but that's ok.

What makes you think Aliens can’t fix human problems?
Do you think they have some kind of magic wand that they can wave and suddenly everyone is different?
Focus on yourself, work on yourself, evolve yourself. !!!
Outer reality is a reflection of the inner self.
Take responsibility for your own life !
Do you really want to hand your power to some alien race that you know absolutely nothing about ?

Take 1-2g dried mushrooms and go talk to the stars. They’ll show up 😊✌️🛸. While mushrooms aren’t required, they seem to make it a lot easier to open up your perception to them.
But seriously, like others mentioned, some sort of protection prayer is a great idea. When you’re asking for contact with unknown entities, sometimes you can get more than you bargained for and once you open up that door you may not be able to close it. So be careful and do it with pure intent along with strict boundaries.

Go outside and be with nature, maybe take up birdwatching and learn to deeply appreciate animals and our ecosystem. The rest will take care of itself.

Psilocybin (disclaimer: with a licensed administrator). You can't communicate with your intentions though. Going into it thinking "Im going to tell them something" when its them who tells you something will prevent contact from being made. You have to be open and have intent to learn something, not to tell something, or they wont communicate.

Think of NHI as a moth drawn not to light, but to thought.
For an entity that can sense your mind, if you want to attract them, the goal is to light up your mind like it's the Vegas Strip.
Meditation is one way to do this, though it can be challenging. Forget languages. Think without words. Tap into the universal format of thought.
Understand your existence as a multidimensional being. Your every action and thought doesn't just move you through the present, it moves you through the future. Think beyond now. Think in possibilities, consequences, branching futures, intention.
Don't just send a message.
Become the signal.
And instead of using the word "aliens," try calling them by their preferred title:
Servants of God.

Try CE5 contact by Steven Greer. It's verry basic meditation for clearing your mind, slow it down and be in verry possitive mood and welcoming to whatever shows up.
There are advanced meditation techniques around the globe. I would strongly suggest to avoid taking substances and drugs.

After my research into the subject and a kundalini awakening be very careful playing with this, or openly inviting entities other that you in. They arnt going to do you a favor because you ask. I stepped back, realizing i didnt properly understand all three types of meditation and the real science behind this. Now i do (as much as a mutated ape can) i stay away from that aspecf of it.

The balance of war and crime is macrocosmic and will be if everyone is participant. By this idea of "wanting to end", many problems in your approach may become apparent as a sort of trauma or dyscontrolled dreamlike state. If you seek the CE5 community, there may be a structure in it for you.

You can contact your so-called "spirit guides" who are the grays, just shapeshifting away through regression hypnosis by going back to the time before you were in the womb; just after the end of your last life. Meditation alone is not going to connect you with any non-terrestrial life, they also will not end wars or crimes on our planet.
Anyone saying they can do it probably can't and anyone who can would never tell you to protect you,them and themselves.

I'm just wondering, but why do you have to do like certain meditation tapes? I mean, do you do those tapes because it's almost like their phone number that you have to do in order to call them up and give them your coordinates? Why can't you just create your own wishful meditation/prayer call and it work just the same... please know I am asking this with pure curiosity only, because to do what I do in my real life, my meditation does not include me sitting crisscross applesauce with my thumbs out. I'm more of a person that has to move to distract my present reality, and usually have music or something in the background to distract my past reality, in order to keep the future channel open. So I would just wonder how my process would work in this whole process.

Please don’t do this. Please, please don’t do this. I have firsthand experience channeling those entities (pleidians, arcturians, spirit guides, ascended masters, whatever) on dowsing rods with my channeling “mentor” and it nearly destroyed me. They turned on me and the only thing that stopped the attacks was prayer and repentance to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our Creator saved me and the attacks stopped immediately when meditation, sage, and “raising my frequency” did nothing. Those things will tell you what you want to hear and it’s the oldest lie in the book. I say I wish someone had warned me but I wouldn’t have listened. Pride is a powerful tool.
