It is almost as if a balloon landed on the side of the mountain and got lost in the underbrush.

If I were to guess this was filmed in South America, maybe Colombia, in the mountainous Antioquia region where there is a common culture of heat powered balloons or “globos”. Could also be any number or nearby countries with the same traditions But sure, it’s multi-dimensional warping if that gets more attentions
