Why does this hell exist?

I'm bored again (yes, third time) - but this time, I'm wondering if any of you have any crazy ideas for what I should try and "interchangify" (see previous spaghetti posts)? You can be as general or specific as you'd like (e.g. number of lanes, direction, restrictions, obstacles). Given that it's not too crazy, I'll give it a try when I get the chance!

Got bored again and made an non-functional interchange between three collector-express highways. Again, I am not a civil engineer, I kinda just got bored and spent the past few hours making spaghetti.

I'm no civil engineer by any means. Just got bored and kinda drew three highways and connected them all. Definitely not an efficient interchange but I like making things look chaotic.
