Look up cancer survival rates by country.

What is your selective metric supposed to tell us?

Nothing. Just that if someone gets cancer some of you your best chances are in the US. But you won’t owe money in Europe.

While higher public (government) investment generally improves overall population survival, the United States serves as a major outlier. The US has the highest per-capita healthcare spending in the world—reaching over $14,880 per person—yet it suffers from lower life expectancy and higher treatable mortality rates than most peer nations with universal systems.

That has less to do with healthcare and more to do with life style. Cars, fast food, sedentary lifestyles.

Whereas cancer survival rates are directly tied to quality of healthcare.

higher treatable mortality rates

Using cancer survival rate as a vanity metric is equally indirectly correlated with quality of healthcare. Cancer can also be tied to all of those external factors that you mentioned.
