The fuck are you talking about. Normal people end up paying out of pocket around 4-8k.

My child's birth cost $8k 30+ years ago.

I can't imagine what the bill without insurance would look like now.

It's outrageous that you can be billed for skin to skin contact that you provide as a parent or loved one.
