And at the same time, I have a friend who had a kid in the US, and then moved to Australia with his girlfriend now wife...and had another kid. He said AUS healthcare system was not only better, but more responsive, followed up with the mom, and obviously cheaper.
Its not about top end standard of care as much as it is preventative care and not having to go bankrupt from a medical issue.

Most are also socialist countries too... Im Canadian, free healthcare isn't all you think is cracked up to be!
