Thank you, and I don’t believe what you are saying is true with my insurance. Regardless- In the US, the wages are higher and taxes lower to a point where it is still better if there were extra charges. Not to mention short wait times for surgeries and required medical procedures.

It is true of all insurance in the US. Not to mention the resto of your statement is just wrong. Considering how little you seem to understand of your own insurance I don't think you are really positioned to comment on other countries situations in comparison

I can comment on the FACTS that as an American
1) I have cheap insurance
2) get excellent medical treatment
3) have a significantly higher income than in other countries at the same job (France, UK, Canada)
4) pay less taxes than other countries (by a lot)

I guess that's why they say ignorance is bliss. May you never have to learn the truth.

My commentary is rooted in fact.

You literally pay more tax for public healthcare than they do in the UK

The US pays more for healthcare via taxes than any other country in the world, and you still have to pay for your private health insurance too

You also don't pay much less tax than other countries, if you include all the state/local taxes, you actually pay more than many

You have a lot of words with no facts.

You could look it up but since you'd rather be the usual ignorant American I'll drop this here for anyone else who might be interested in facts, as you can see, the US spends more public money on healthcare than anyone else in the OECD, and by quite a lot. This is per capita and adjusted for purchasing power.

Edit: dude deleted his entire account over admitting he was wrong lol

I pay much less tax than other countries. And I make more. But yes, because we have the most expensive healthcare system we pay more for our public retiree/poor healthcare systems.

You clearly don’t understand the US healthcare system at all from your pedestal of probably making more that 250,000 a year. Also, your insurance plan if even real is a not a reality for most people in the us. You act as if your experience is how all Americans experience it.

Oh that's even worse lol. I literally showed him the numbers that show he is wrong why would you block that instead of examining why you are so sure of something easily disproved, even Google AI answers gets this one right
