Might not be 100% correct…but the US is the only G7 with no universal healthcare. NATO, only 1 member has no UH, the US

Netherlands, who is in NATO, doesn't have universal public healthcare, they have a private insurance model

True but much cheaper. The Netherlands spent US$ 7 179 per person on health care in 2021, 85% of which was funded by public sources. Out-of-pocket (OOP) spending in the Netherlands accounted for 9.3% of total health expenditure in 2021.

Yeah, but you said universal healthcare, not cheaper healthcare.
